The Results Are In!

Each year, we ask riders and families to share their experiences because dignity requires listening. At Catholic Charities Fort Worth Transportation Services, gathering feedback is one way we honor the dignity of every person and work to remove barriers that limit independence and connection.

This year, more than 250 riders and family members completed our survey. The results speak for themselves.

Major findings include:

-Transportation removed barriers to healthcare, programs, and daily life

-Riders maintained or strengthened their independence

-Satisfaction with service quality remained exceptionally high

-Nearly all respondents would recommend our services to others

The feedback behind the results was just as clear. Riders and families spoke about caring, patient drivers, safe and reliable rides, and easy scheduling with staff who listen.

As one respondent shared, “Scheduling is easy. Changes are easy. Reminders are great. Staff is wonderful.”

Several families also shared that dependable transportation helped loved ones remain at home, stay connected to programs, and remain part of their community.

This feedback helps us stay accountable to our mission: to provide service to those in need, to advocate compassion and justice in the structures of society, and to call all people of good will to do the same. We are grateful to everyone who shared their voice and remain committed to continuing this work with care, respect, and consistency.
